Our Bonda Valley brand is premium quality fruit jam, marmalade and honey products and are proudly made from locally grown fruits. The jam is hand processed from fresh fruit and cooked using traditional methods of boiling fruit in pots. The contents are filled hot into glass jars with metal closures for maximum preservation.

Most of the fruit comes from neighbouring farmers and local communities who grow different fruit varieties in their gardens and farms. Kozani has developed close relationships with the fruit growers over the years, and this has ensured the maintenance of high quality of fruit production by local farmers and has incentivized increased local fruit production to meet Kozani’s jam and marmalade needs.
The jam and marmalade is hand-made and processed from fresh natural fruit using traditional methods that include the boiling of the fruit in pots. Pre-measured amounts of fruit, citric acid and organic pectin are blended together in large stockpots and cooked over specific periods. The contents are filled into the desired sterilized packaging and then labelled under different Kozani brands.
